Program Design
Ayrlie Partners designs CR Services together with the project manager(s), and tailors them to the needs of each project phase from exploration to construction, production and exit.
For the exploration phase, services typically include rapid assessments of critical issues related to access, communications with community and decision makers, and procedures for managing key issues.
Program Implementation & Support
Before and during construction, Ayrlie Partners helps with public consultation, with managing the potential impacts of project presence in the community, and with building the capacity of project staff to handle social and community issues.
In advance of production, Ayrlie Partners develops social management and resource plans, helps to constitute CR teams and procedures. Throughout the operations or production phase, Ayrlie Partners can be called upon to provide further support. This may include community development strategies; further training and coaching, quality control and assurance as well as audits.
Program Evaluation
Towards the exit phase, we offer impact assessments, public consultation, and planning for legacy social programs.
